ticket.en redirection doesn't work

Description

The rest is in english, as my german is not to good. This afternoon I wanted to issue a ticket (that will be the next ticket, but after I registered, and clicked on 'new ticket' I got the page with the contents:

This page is available in German only.

Show this page in German

And when I clicked on "Show this page in German" I just got the same page again.

I had to set my browser language preference to 'de-DE' to be able to create a ticket.
